Fire Services

In the Summer Village of Sunset Point, fire services are provided through the Onoway Regional Fire Services, operated by NorthWest Fire Rescue. In case of emergencies, fires can be reported by dialing 911.

The Albert Beach Fire Department serves Sunset Point and operates as a combination of paid and volunteer-based firefighters. They are always seeking new members who are interested in joining their dedicated team. To learn more about becoming a member, please visit

Please note that Sunset Point does not issue fire permits. However, if you are planning a large fire, it is advised to contact NorthWest Fire Services. 

In the event that the fire department is called to the scene without prior notification, the individual responsible will be accountable for the costs associated with their response.
